Dynapro Property Services – Terms of Business
By booking and paying for services with Dynapro Property Services, you agree to the following terms
1. Acceptance of TermsAll services are subject to these Terms of Business.Terms are agreed upon at the time of payment or deposit.
2. Deposit & PaymentA deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking.Full payment is required before or on the day of service, unless agreed otherwise.Deposits are non-refundable, except if Dynapro fails to attend the scheduled service.
3. Cancellation & AmendmentsFull refund of deposit if cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service.Cancellations or amendments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a charge equal to the deposit.Rescheduling is subject to availability; any additional costs incurred due to rescheduling may be passed to the customer.
4. Service Changes & Availability Dynapro reserves the right to adjust service times or dates in the event of unforeseen circumstances.Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
5. Customer ResponsibilityAccess to the property must be provided at the agreed time. Dynapro is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, adverse weather (for outdoor services), or other factors outside our control.Customers must remove valuable or fragile items from work areas.
6. Liability Dynapro carries insurance for property damage or injury caused by our team, but is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or items outside the scope of our services. Dynapro is not responsible for loss of time, inconvenience, or indirect costs resulting from cancellations, delays, or rescheduling.
7. Health & SafetyServices will be carried out in accordance with standard health and safety guidelines. Dynapro reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for staff or equipment.
8. Force Majeure Dynapro is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, or emergency situations.
9. ComplaintsAny complaints must be made within 24 hours of the service completion.
